What is included?
- Fully personalised coaching plan designed for YOU. We will work together to set out a training programme that is designed to fit in with you, your lifestyle and commitments, your goals and current abilities. My job as your coach is to help you get the most from your running, whilst making it work for you.
- Training Plans are sent out on a weekly basis to keep it current and flexible. Unlimited changes to your plan, if something comes up during your week, I’m here to help you find the best way to fit it in.
- Post run feedback through the training app, unlimited emails for anything you want or need to discuss, and monthly video catch up calls to see how you are, how you are finding training, and anything else you might want to discuss.
- Advice for all aspects of running, from shoes and gear to strength training and race selections.
